I have split my monitor in 6 slices and would prefer any new desktop icons to be in the upper-left slice. But when windows adds an icon to the desktop, it will ignore the slices and keep adding them to the bottom of the left-most column and so those new icons will be in the lower-left slice. Is there a way to detect that there are icons in certain slices and then move only those to another slice?<br/>
Since I'm referring to new icons, saving and restoring the position of existing icons will not help with this situation.
