The ones on the Functions tab use window handles, which are 100% unique to each window, but they change every time a window is closed and re-opened, so they're only temporary.

The Window Position Profiles attempt to find the window by a combination of the process name, window class, and window text. Usually the process name and window class is enough.

Could you send over a copy of your troubleshooting info?
