They use different ways of identifying the windows to be moved. The ones on the Functions tab use window handles, which are 100% unique to each window, but they change every time a window is closed and re-opened, so they're only temporary.<br/>
<br/>
The Window Position Profiles attempt to find the window by a combination of the process name, window class, and window text. Usually the process name and window class is enough.<br/>
<br/>
Could you send over a copy of your troubleshooting info?<br/>

What is the difference between the two except one is loading using Position Profiles?
