I must say, as well, I am impressed how efficiently Windows 10 [1903] handles 2nd / Local Accounts and performs the 'Switcher Users' operation with PINs.<br/>

In the original account, on the Settings > Options tab, click Export Settings, and save the file somewhere that the new account has access to.<br/>
<br/>
On the new account, got to Settings > Options > Restore Settings and choose that file.<br/>
<br/>
