Hi Jonathan,
I'm not so sure it's a bug in v2.0.1
I just tried it on my PC and it works fine - no cutoffs.
This is a very modest setup with XP Pro and ATI Radeon 9000 Pro
It might have to do with your video drivers.(and Vista? )

I am using Vista on a Lenovo T61p with a CRT attached and I just upgraded to Pro. I decided to use a rather large picture as my background to span across my two monitors. It can be seen here at http://personal.stevens.edu/~jyao/7453x2432_146974.jpg and a resized version here http://personal.stevens.edu/~jyao/7453x2432_146974%20Resize.jpg. I wanted to center the picture so the third person from the left was not cut off by my monitors so I shifted it to the right by 125. However, now I have a blank bar on the left of the primary monitor as seen in http://personal.stevens.edu/~jyao/DisplayFusion%20Pro.jpg. The preview is exactly how it is on the desktop. Now, I know there is still space on the left side of the picture because you can see the yellow jacket is cut off on the preview.
