Me and Joshua fixed this up through email, but I'll post the solution below for anyone else who comes across this.<br/>

If you open up the DisplayFusion Settings window and head to the "Window Management" tab, make sure you have "Enable maximized window dragging between monitors" checked, along with it's 2 child boxes.
