Can you check to see if the last two options ("Warn me..." and "Fix automatically...") are enabled?

When I switch from one profile (3 monitors) to another (4 monitors), monitor 4 shows the wallpaper from monitor 3 and not its own. I have to go to Desktop Wallpaper and click OK to refresh the wallpapers, and only then it shows the right one. ]]>
