Do you have an application called "Dell Backup and Recovery" installed on your machine? If so, that's likely what's causing this to happen. If you don't use it, there are a couple of things you can do to resolve this:

Uninstall Dell Backup and Recovery, or,

Rename the C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell Backup and Recovery\components\Shell\System.Data.SQLite.dll file to System.Data.SQLite.old

Hope that helps!

DisplayFusion seems to work just fine in the background - I can move windows and the keyboard shortcuts seem to work as well. My main problem is that I can't open the Settings. I have tried to use the icon tray and the Start menu methods and neither one works. I get an image as if it is going to open and then nothing happens. I will be upgrading my keyboard soon and the new keyboard does not have a Windows key. I desperately need to get into the Settings to adjust the keyboard shortcuts in order to make them work with the new keyboard. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I am on a Windows 7 Professional, SP 1 machine. Any ideas? I am not the administrator unfortunately, it is my computer at work.
