You would need to have the script constantly checking if the window is behind the taskbar and force it back to the top, but it would be pretty unreliable. I have an on-screen floating window which I want to move to the taskbar with a keyboard shortcut and stay on top of the task bar. Currently, whenever I click the taskbar, the window hides behind the taskbar.

I have tried BFS.Window.SetAlwaysOnTop(windowHandler, true);
