Microsoft seems to have fixed the "lock screen" problem in its Windows 10 Creators Update.

There's no extra "Layer" anymore when trying to log (back) in.

We tried to disable it using the DisplayFusion system service, but Windows still enables it again as soon as the lock screen loads on first boot

Like Mike Warner said, no show-stopper, but it annoys me a bit, because I'm used to typing in my password blindly while my screens are black/firing up (they need a bit).

I checked the checkbox in the settings menu but the lock screen keeps showing up at login.
I always have to type sth in or click any mousebutton to make the lock screen vanish
and to be able to type in my password then.
