Ultramon had the same problem but it had the option to change the process priority to Above Normal, which fixed that.

I am wondering if DFP has a similar fix/solution. Already added the HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\DisplayFusion\PerformanceMode key (it didn't exist, had to create it), but I didn't notice any change in performance..
