I think it might be resized then being resized again quickly. But one thing I have noticed is when the window is restoring, there's a fast little "blink" or "flash" when the window is being restored. I know that disabling the trigger would solve the problem, but I need the windows to be moved back to my main monitor when restored.

Is there any fix for that? Thanks.
