I use the existing key combination triggers to 'move a window to a different monitor (shows monitor selector)'. It normally works fine.

When I move one particular application, KnowBrainer (http://shop.knowbrainer.com/store/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=4) - which works with Nuance’s Dragon Professional dictation software, the Knowbrainer display box of available commands reduces in size.

With Windows 10 Pro and using the StarTech USB display adapter, I run four monitors from the one USB outlet on my Lenovo ThinkPad laptop - with the laptop screen making 5 full monitors in total. It works beautifully. This StarTech hardware, the DisplayLink software that comes with it and Display Fusion Pro normally play beautifully together.

However, I notice whenever KnowBrainer is moved to a new window using the trigger keys set up in Display Fusion Pro, it reduces in size. Just for fun I moved it around all five screens using this trigger to see if it would reduce each time … Yes, it ended up ultra tiny.

I can correct / readjust the size by grabbing the edge of the KnowBrainer app display on the new monitor and dragging these out to the size I want.

Do you have any ideas why this may be occurring and what I can do to fix it as opposed to having to manually adjust it each time please?
