At least I can have separate taskbars and wallpapers I guess.
Also, I found a workaround by setting my gaming monitor as 2nd screen.  It means the screens are the wrong way round but at least it kinda fixes the issue

Hi, I have two monitors, both set to native 1920x1080.<br/>
<br/>
However, when I play BF4, I use the in-game setting resolution of 1280x1024.  When I enter the game (in fullscreen mode) my other monitor gets a 'squished' appearance where the windows which were open are pushed to the right side of the screen.  Also, the other windows open on my gaming monitor seem to be split across to the other screen too.<br/>
<br/>
The taskbars are also split/squished.<br/>
<br/>
It's like the resolution of the game is pushing the windows to the right.  Please help.<br/>
