Trying to install version 8 and getting the following error after launching the installer:

Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted. Error 5: Access is denied.

I'm in an enterprise environment, but running as an account in the local admins group. Running Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit. In the past I have been able to update on the fly, but when that failed this time I downloaded the installer and attempted to run it as Administrator. Still got the same error.

I found this old thread from 2007:

https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/View/installer-problem/?ID=759dc532-a87b-48ac-a684-b783b4e35b2b

Could the installer error have crept back in?
