You can do so by opening the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration window, setting your monitors up how you would like, and clicking the "Save Profile" button in the top left.

There's likely been some changes with your new install, causing those profiles to error out. If you re-save them with your new setup, it should fix that up.

I just installed windows and imported my old settings. Any ideas on any other changes I might need to make to get this fixed?
