<description><![CDATA[I dont know if it can be done with DF (Admin will answer that) but you can do it with a reg hack if you are using Windows 10 (not tried it on any other version) and are OK editing your registry.

So, I use minimize to tray a lot, for programs like ThunderBird that don't have the option. But when I restore programs from the tray, they restore beneath the other windows. Is there a way to make the programs start on top of the other ones when they restore? Or are there plans to add this feature? Or is it just a limitation because of the way Windows remembers window positions?
