<description><![CDATA[I would recommend trying a Window Created Trigger for this, and add a delay. So in the Trigger rule, choose the PUBG process, use Window Created, and then in the actions add a 60000ms Wait action, then the "Lock Mouse Cursor to Current Window" Function.
