Setting the left to 125% sorts the issue. When I apply a move window function there is a 5 pixel border on the right hand side of the window.

If I toggle "Enable Multi Monitor Taskbars" from ON to OFF (or vice versa!), the border disappears and the window fills the width correctly. But as soon as I move the window again the border reappears ]]>
