hi guys,

so a fairly recent problem I've been having is that when i enable multimonitor taskbars they do not display correctly and each )of the now three) taskbars randomly flashes on and off (annoyingly as i'm writing this the chrome window is flashing too). from watching it, it is as if each of the programs that are running taskbars is fighting to be the one at the bottom (e.g. windows wins for a bit and starts at the bottom, then DF wins and starts at the bttom, forcing the windows taskbar up repeat http://prntscr.com/5ehy91 )

thanks for any advice in advance!

my current monitor setup:

3x 1920x1080

Nvidia surround enabled over 2x GTX 680s

surround enabled to only populate the center screen (though disabling this seems to make no difference except now they sometimes overlap)

Monitor splitting enabled to create 3 screens (in the 3 monitors)
