This is what happens, everytime i run a fullscreen game and use prevent window deactivation i am unable to minimize/maximize Programs (Chrome, Skype etc) on my secondary monitors without them freezing and turning into ghost images that are unclickable. Only untill i close the fullscreen game the programs will react normal, and stop freezing. I can reproduce this bug by doing the following :

1. Open fullscreen game
2. Turn on Prevent windows deactivation
3. Opening Google Chrome on my secondary display
4. Trying to minimize and maximize Google chrome untill it suddently freezes.

Hopefully someone can help me out with this. I haven't noticed this bug before and i tried uninstalling all the recent installed programs that may could cause problems.
