I'm running v3.1.9 full version on Windows 7 x64bit.

When having a second taskbar and the title of your window includes the '&' symbol it will not display the title correctly.
Either the & is left out or it replaces the next character with an underlined character.

It doesn't really affect anything but it's annoying when your looking for the windows.

Please let me know if bugs of this nature should be going in another section of the forum. ]]>
