Any idea how to stop it?<br/>

<a href="https://snag.gy/K5tMV4.jpg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><b>https://snag.gy/K5tMV4.jpg</b></a> and <a href="https://snag.gy/TylnOS.jpg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><b>https://snag.gy/TylnOS.jpg</b></a> are screenshots of the issue. Flicks on and off around every few seconds<br/>
<br/>
I've tried restarting with all except microsoft services off, had real issues getting PC to start until booting into safe mode and turning services on again. Not sure what else to try?
