If I click slower; one second pause, it doesn't happen as frequently. However normally double clicking to open a new window causes it to behave improperly. I'm experiencing the same symptoms; you click on something to open up a child window from the parent window and it doesn't retain focus on the newly opened window. So far both me and my boss are experiencing this issue. The issue disappears when display fusion is turned off. Both of us have noticed this behavior with mIRC (6.35) in particular.

We're using 3.1.7
