My primary screen is on the right and my secondary is on the left. Today for some reason Firefox and Chrome will only open on the left screen whether I open them on the primary or secondary task bar. It is not a huge deal to move them but I am not the only one that uses this set up and others do not turn on the secondary monitor so it can be a problem when they don't know that the programs are on the other screen. Has anybody encountered this issue before? ]]>
