I found a potential workaround for this, with a custom function

Create custom function

Name: Bloomberg Maximize
Function action: Manage Window

Custom Function Actions: Keep Windows on Same Monitor
Move Window to center of monitor (may not be necessary)
Change window width to specified percentage (100)
Change window height to specified pixel value: 1280 (the size of our virtual 1/2 monitor is 1440x1280)

Assign as Key combination/Title bar etc. So far working well. Our primary issue was with maximizing, so this may do the trick.

Hello, we are using a financial app called Bloomberg, and we are attempting to use 27" monitors with splits. All other applications work as expected, but Bloomberg completely ignores split settings, and maximizes full screen, instead of staying within the sector. Anyone seen this before, or am I missing a setting?

Thanks.
