I have noticed that when I have a pinned item on my secondary monitor (the one with DF taskbar) and I launch an application it briefly (&lt;1second) launches the application on the Windows taskbar and then switches to the DF taskbar.<br/>

Is this an expected behavior? Just Curious.<br/>

I am running the latest Beta and Windows 8.1. I have a two monitor set up.<br/>
