<description><![CDATA[You could use a Trigger rule to do this, but because that is a generic window the rule might affect more than just the Settings app. You can give it a try though, just create the Trigger rule for the settings window and set the rule to move to the "current" monitor. <description><![CDATA[I know there is a setting to open applications on the current monitor but is there a way to foce the Windows 10 Settings "cog icon" to open on the current monitor from which it was opened as well?  The settings for me always open on the primary monitor.
