As far as I can remember, they've always been in that position by default. Maybe you had an Advanced Setting configured to move them closer to the minimize button?

In the Settings > Advanced Settings window, you can use the "TitleBar Buttons: Horizontal Offset" setting to move them. A positive number should move it to the right, something like 30 would probably do the trick.

EDIT: I've also added a picture of an example of some of the problems it's causing. Using Paint.net, it moves itself pretty much right over the icon to close an image. Other programs have it in similarly inconvenient areas.

Hey, think this might be some sort of bug. The Move Monitor To Next Window button has moved itself to an odd position the last couple of updates. Originally it used to be JUST beside my Minimize Window button. But for the last couple of months, it's moved itself over MUCH farther, resulting in me accidentally hitting it when trying to do other things. Is there a way we can manually relocate the button or can it snap to the position it used to be in? I know I can disable it entirely, but I do like the functionality, just wish it wasn't in the way.
