Thanks for the reply. I think it's a question about port priority on the GPU. It's dumping the windows on whichever monitor is connected to the highest priority port, which is hardcoded in the BIOS. There is no easy way to change this. However, I have found a workaround. I use an Autohotkey script that launches a profile with only the monitor (Main 1 DP), and then launches another profile with the three monitors (Profile 2).
HI, I often switch between two monitor profiles. However, since purchasing a new monitor and updating DF to the latest version, I have encountered two issues. Not sure what is the main cause of those issues, but I suspect it's mainly the new setup, not DF. I have a GTX 1070. The previous monitor(at position 1) was connected via DVI and the new one is connected via DP(monitor 1). When switching from profile 1 to 2, applications are being “transferred” to monitor 4 instead of the monitor 1 as it used to do. This affects the windows already opens and when I unminimize the windows on the taskbar, they opens on 4. Is there any way to modify this behaviour? Monitor 1 is already set up as the main display in the Windows operating system. Additionally, the Nvidia control panel colour settings sometimes reset to default on monitor 1 when switching profiles. To attempt to fix the issue, I have overwritten all monitor profiles. If I can't modify the windows behaviour via DF, would it be a good idea to try using a DVI to DP adapter? Any assistance would be immensely appreciated.

Probably a related issue, after setting up the new monitor, the bios screen was showing on monitor 4(DVI). I switched CSM-Mode from enable to disable, this fix this issue. Bios in now showing on monitor 1(DP).
