After multiple trials and error I found out it's bleachbit.exe window that can't be set always on focus.
I found another way to do what I need, sorry for disturbance.

I'm trying to trigger those 2 functions on a couple of executables but it has no effect: whenever I click somewhere they loose focus and disappear behind other apps.
The exes are bleachbit.exe and bleachbit_console.exe from https://www.bleachbit.org && https://github.com/bleachbit/bleachbit
I can see in the logs the dftriggers activating and sending done status.
Main program seems to use gtk for GUI maybe it's the cause but console opens as standard command line window with window/process named bleachbit_console.exe so it would work anyway.
I'm on Win10x64 using latest stable DF version.
