I have found a small utility at http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/90860637/TaskbarBlurToggle.zip that removes all of the blur behind the Win 7 TaskBar without dimming the icons as DF does. Note that the above link is a direct download.

It works well on the main Win 7 TaskBar. Is there any chance of making this work on the DF TaskBars as well? ]]>
