I did have another customer with a similar sounding issue, and he mentioned that it's been fine since the latest Windows Updates. it happens on both of them. And its slow to show up *about 1 sec), but the keyboard input doesnt work at all.

And it's working less and less recently.
When I do a restart, it functions for a while, but as I continue working on the PC, the start menu stops registering keys.
It also takes about 1 sec for the start menu to even appear.

any fix for this?

P.S. I even tried updating to latest beta release.
