I would really like the ability to, for instance, Ctrl select the windows in my taskbar - or some other simple way - and tell it to tile those windows on a monitor. Also the ability to have, say, IE configured so when it launches it docks at a certain size to a monitor, then the next IE tiles with it, and the more I open the smaller the IE's get as they adjust and tile. In my business we have anywhere from 5-20 chat windows running and 95% of the time I want to be able to view them all at once to interact with the bidding process but manually sizing and snapping each one becomes tiresome. I could even see defining some grid layout and when I drag windows to an indicator for that layout it would dock them in the grid positions and i could click that icon to see them all at once rather then clicking each one to bring it forward.

Does that description make sense?
