1. I'm honestly not sure what causes this. It happens to me sometimes as well. I have the window set to "Open centred on parent", and the parent window should be always on monitor 1.

2. I am thinking about a good way to handle this, without dragging the system performance way down by hooking all the windows on the system. If I can come up with a good, clean way I'll definitely implement it.

I have some Qs though...

1 - Every time I open the settings window, it always shows up on my #2 monitor (I have two monitors. #2 is on the right). Is possible if I open the settings in the correct monitor (like I right-click on settings #2 it opens in #2 and if I do it in #1, it shows up in #1).

2 - I like the window snapping feature (I had it on when I had a nVidia card which had that in the display options but now I use ATI). Is it possible to have it snap while dragging like in Winamp and Photoshop? It currently only snaps after you let go of the window. It would be nice to have it snap while dragging so I know I am close to a window to snap.

Thanks
