However, this is the post to the owners for a solution. When every time this problem appears:
Failed to call SetDisplayConfig. [HR: 87]
or [HR: 85], it mostly indicates that the layout of monitors has changed.

We can see that there is value 1/1 or 2/2 connected. We cannot change this value unless:
1. We change the windows options
2. Load the profile
3. Overwrite it profile either "1/1" or "2/2"
