Is there a function to open a program on the second monitor on demand (i.e. not all the time)? For example, there are some times that I would like to open my windows explorer program on the second monitor, even though normally I want to open it on my primary monitor. Right now my behavior is to open the window, and then move it to the second monitor with a keyboard shortcut. Can it be done in one step?
