On the DisplayFusion taskbar it works that way, but the DisplayFusion taskbar can't alter the Windows taskbar. I believe 7+ Taskbar Tweaker has an option for what you're looking for though.
thanks I lot, just downloaded 7+ taskbar tweaker and it does what I need

Right now I have three windows open so there are three tabs on my taskbar. The first one is notepad, the next two are firefox instances. I want to move one of the firefox tabs to the left so it will be the first tab shown of the three, but when I left-click-hold on it and move it to the left, BOTH of the firefox tabs move in tandem like they are stuck together. Is it possible for these two tabs to stop being locked together?
