You can work around it by doing the following:

• Open the Windows 10 Settings app
• In the search box type "System" and click "Show All Results"
• Click on the result called "System" that has a blue monitor icon next to it
• In the System Properties control panel, click "Advanced system settings"
• Click the "Settings" button that's in the Performance section of the System Properties window
• Disable the "Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing" option and click OK
• Click OK again
• Test it out now, the blinking should be gone

I use DF Steam since some times, and installed Deezer Desktop Beta, I moved the Deezer windows to the secondary screen, but at every song change, Deezer show a little side popup windows on main screen,

but it make the 2 screen blink because I use Screen fading option in DF

is there any way to make a trigger to avoid that blink ? like move the popup windows on the secondary screen please ?
