windows 7 here.<br/>
first monitor vx239h @ 70 hz via hdmi and is ok, second monitor va1716w via dvi with vga adapter and with this offscreen taskbar problem. gpu 1050 ti with latest driver. displayfusion updated, 8.1.1.<br/>

and curious thing, if i take a screenshot the taskbar is ok in the screenshot.<br/>
