<span style="text-decoration:underline;">1. Window movement</span><br/>
While holding the ALT-Key, one is possible to move windows around by left clicking them anywhere.<br/>
<span style="text-decoration:underline;">2. Window resizement</span><br/>
Same as movement, but with a right-click. Lets you resize Windows either horizontally, vertically or both at once depending on the direction of ones initial cursor movement.<br/>
<br/>
There is actualyl a tool to get those features onto windows, called <i>AltDrag</i>. It's pretty nice so I thought you'd be interested in that too, since DF offers some pretty rare and useful features especially for power-users where these would be a great addition!<br/>
