If the taskbar still doesn't show up, please try clicking the "Enable all taskbars" button on the Settings > Taskbar tab.

Please let me know if the above doesn't solve it and we'll go from there.

When I restart my computer, it starts to load the taskbar like it normally would, but the it just doesn't appear instead. Any help would be great.
