I like your new system functions to enable and disable the screen saver. I also think is would be useful to have similar function(s) to effectively toggle power scheme states. I try to run systems I can in balanced mode, but it would be really useful to be able to use a DF function to toggle from balanced to high performance and back. You could do a toggle or separate functions - some thought would be needed to the design, but for me something like this would be good addition.
Anyway a suggestion for your to-do list,
