I have a proper title bar on firefox (not that weird tab-as-titlebar thing) and middleclick won't move the window to another monitor. It works on the minimize/maximize button area but it's painfully slow and very uncomfortable having to hit that small area in the first place.

Use the middle-click move on Firefox
Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Reply with the file attached
Disable debug logging after sending the log

On Waterfox classic however the only way it works if you middle click on the edge of window, while cursor is changed to resize window style, which means it doesn't work on maximized window.
