For example: You have empty folder "wallpaper" on disk "c:" and on disks "f:", "e:" , "i:" folders with wallpaper. Then the command will look like the following "mklink /j c:\wallpaper\WallFromDiskE e:\wallpaper", "mklink /j c:\wallpaper\WallFromDiskF f:\MyWallpaper", "mklink /j c:\wallpaper\WallFromDiskI i:\Pictures" or use Junction by Mark Russinovich. Then in DF settings you specify the folder "c:\wallpaper".

Shortcuts to image files in Wallpaper Source folders are ignored. I prefer to be able to use only a subset of images from multiple drives and folders on my system without having to duplicate them. Using "Add File" to specify each image is a real pain when there are many I want to use for wallpaper. Setting up a single folder containing shortcuts is much easier. and duplicating the
images them wastes hard drive space.

If a shortcut is invalid it should, of course, be ignored (no message displayed.)
