Version 10.1 Beta 3 Getting close only have Bluetooth, Nvidia Control Panel, ASUS AI 3, Argus Monitor left that do not show on second monitor. It appears you are winding down on getting this 100%. Good work getting this far.

@KrisKiller We are aware of this issue with StartAllBack installed, and we have it on our list to look into.

@FrankE. I've been playing around with this on my end but I can't seem to reproduce it. If you exit Start11, does that fix it up?

@OldAlaskaGuy Unfortunately these are really difficult to get sorted out, as every app handles it differently We'll let you know if we have anything further there.

I know that the team is busting their caboose to get this fixed, I just wish to thank you for your efforts. I am ignotent as to the innerworkings as to how this application works but seems to be a problem with each application that is loaded. Please let me know If there is any additional information that I can contribute to the effort. The worst thing that could happen for DF is for W11 to allow the system tray on all monitors as it used to be. Thanks.

I'm at home today, and i can't download the beta because the link isn't visible when i click on Download.
Can you help me to download the Beta 27 ?

Yesterday Steam let me install an update but nothing change, and this morning at the first boot everything seems to be good. I have all my icons in the notification area, but i can't see the version of DF, only that information :

@JLJTGR Interesting, I'll add this to our list

@KevinScharnhorst DisplayFusion needs to see the tray from the Windows taskbar once for it to load the tray icons, if you're hiding the Windows taskbar it won't be able to get that info

Hmmm...I booted up today and the chevron was once again missing. I updated StartAllBack to v3.6.3 (it was at 3.6.2 I believe). Still no chevron. I ran my AHK script to show the Windows taskbar and viola the chevron came back. I have an AHK script that hides the Windows taskbar on startup (attached for anyone's review). I know I have a lot of things competing to hook into explorer.exe, but I do wish that DF had an official option to select for hiding the Windows Taskbar when opting to use the DF Taskbar.

I was not able to create a program that has the same behavior that MSI Afterburner showed in the video I attached in post #30. MSI Afterburner shows a persistant tray icon that I tell Windows to hide. It also has an FPS icon it shows when RTSS detects a program worth monitoring the FPS of. When this red number icon appears in the normal taskbar, both(all?) tray icons appear in the DF taskbar.

The only issue I could uncover with my custom program was that the DF taskbar does not like "NotifyIcons" that instantiate and dispose to show/hide themselves. The DF taskbar might show it once but then never again. I don't know if it is common for a program to do this at all... I was just coming up with random testcases trying to blindly replicate MSI Afterburner.

Beta 26 is the best for me since beta 23. Have all desired icons and the overflow button works with auto-hide. Last remaining issue is extremely small... MSI Afterburner can hide some icons on the normal taskbar, but for some reason the DF taskbar shows the hidden ones. I think it's because some icons will go away if they have no data and when they reappear, the DF taskbar unhides all of them. I have to nail down reproducibility better.

@Carl77 & @KrisKiller We've released a new beta that should fix this up, could you try it out?

@Frank E. Strange, we haven't had anyone else report this. Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the "Export Info to File" button
Reply with the file attached

Just installed the latest DF Pr0 10.0 beta version 26. Still the same, system tray not fully duplicated on monitor 2. This could be as good as it gets. Not completely happy but what I have is better than nothing. Not getting full value. I do thank the developers for giving a trying to repair the Windows 11 break.

Hi all !

I made a fresh install of Windows 11 (22H2 22621.525) and before my reinstallation DF work fine. But now i have the same problem in the notification area. On my first screen the notification area is ok, but on my second screen y only have Network and Sound icons.
I'll try DF Beta 25 and 21, with and without StarAllBack taskbar enhancement (v 3.6.3) and i have always the same result.

Build 25 works fine on my side.
The only blip really is the missing overflow arrow icon when using StartAllBack - disabling taskbar enhancements in StartAllBack fixes things and that's all good. The StartAllBack taskbar enhancements are not better or worse than DisplayFusion's, so I can live with it being off.

Apart from some missing icons on de DF taskbar compared to the windows taskbar (fi Hwinfo) beta 25 is fine for me and I can hide the taskbars again and it seems more fluent when not reloading them.
I have a program iconviewer installed to extract icons from .exe files and it seems to me there is a problem when the icon size in the .exe file is not 16x16. I guess you guys know more about that than I do.

After installing Beta 25 and performing a reboot no changes for me compared to Beta 23 and 24.
Icons for PowerToys, NVIDIA Settings and Bluetooth are still missing. MicroSIP doesn't update correctly.

Interestingly when I used Awake from PowerToys recently the Icon showed up correctly.
