I just updated to Beta 3, and things looks to be back to normal.

Before clicking the buttons after this happens, if you close/minimize the window, the black box and button icons where the Title Bar Buttons were will still remain in view, despite the window not being there. I restarted Display Fusion afterwards multiple times, now, and it happens every time after a bit. As of right now, I'm not sure what specifically causes this to trigger.
Also, I'm using a custom Windows theme, so that might have to do with this problem. ]]>
