It uses an anti-cheat system that blocks our hooks, which is required for this function to run. We'll take a look into it though.

I will try to run that installer later today.

Edit: I was able to install on top of 10.0 in my Steam folder. It didn't like the licence key and so it put me on Pro Trial 9.9.
