Beta 3 is exhibiting very high handles in memory. The handles on a fresh start are ~750. In addition, programs are not opening on their designated monitor. A troubleshooting log is attached.

Note: On fresh restart, the programs are now moving to the proper monitor when they start. Something appears to have scrambled DF when in memory. ]]>
