On the Settings > Triggers tab, add a rule for your application, and click Add > Run Function, and choose the "Load Monitor Profile: your profile name" function.

Like ultramon has, whereby one can set display settings to a specific shortcut, so that when XYZ program is launched, a specific monitor is disbaled etc, or a certain resolution is set, and then re-set once the program is exited.
