I have an application, unfortunately it's a badly written but super confidential internal application I need for work, which, if opened on one virtual desktop on Win 10 Anniversary Edition, will show its DF titlebar buttons on my other virtual desktop.

Clicking this button takes me back to the virtual desktop in question and runs the function on that app normally.

I know I can just turn the titlebar buttons off for this app, but it's a button I actually need, since its purpose is to maximise without obliterating my rainmeter skin (which is also my email monitor, so quite important)

Is there any way to fix this?

Related, is there a way to make titlebar buttons conditional on window properties? It'd be really nice if this button only appeared for resizable windows.
